The Philippine Consulate General in Geneva is pleased to announce that the date of filing of application for reactivation of registration records for those overseas voters whose elections records were ordered deactivated for failure to vote for two consecutive national elections has been extended from 31 October 2015 to 09 December 2015.

For the purposes of reactivation of election records, the concerned overseas voter must file an Application for Reactivation (OFV No. 1G) by either:

                 1. sending a copy of the duly accomplished OVF No. 1G, including its attachment, if applicable, via email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or through facsimile to (+632) 521-2952; or

                 2. personally or through mail to the Philippine Consulate General in Geneva (47 Avenue Blanc, 1202 Geneva, CH) or the Office of Overseas Voting.

The form for Application for Reactivation (OFV No.1G) is available at the Philippine Consulate General in Geneva or may be downloaded from the COMELEC (www.comelec.gov.ph) and DFA-OVS website (www.dfa-oavs.gov.ph).

The list of overseas voters whose elections records were ordered deactivated for failure to vote for two consecutive national elections is enclosed here as Annex “A”.
