INVITATION TO BID

The Permanent Mission of the Republic of the Philippines to the United Nations and Other International Organizations in Geneva is inviting bidders for the replacement of the wall-to wall carpet at the chancery located at 47 Avenue Blanc, 1202 Geneva, Switzerland. The approved budget for the contract is Forty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Four and 81/100 Swiss Francs (ChF47,754.81), to be funded by the Philippine Government. Bids received in excess of the approved budget for the contract shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.

The project is expected to be completed by July 2015.

Interested parties may inspect the chancery of the Philippine Mission.

The deadline for the submission and receipt of sealed bids will be on 05 June 2014 at the Philippine Mission at 12:00 noon. Opening of bids, which will be open to the public, will follow at 2:00 p.m. on the same day at the Philippine Mission.

The Philippine Mission reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, not award the contract, or annul the bidding process without thereby incurring any liability to the affected parties.
