The Philippine Overseas Employment Administration yesterday published a list of recruitment agencies with licenses cancelled by the agency in 2014.
Administrator Hans Leo J, Cacdac, in his Twitter account, said the licenses were cancelled on account of unethical recruitment practices and violations of PHL migration laws and regulations such as misrepresentation, illegal collection of placement fees, non-issuance of appropriate receipts, and disregard of orders, notices and other legal processes issued by the Administration.
The agencies with cancelled licenses were the following:
